Irrespective of your background or qualifications, our selection process involves a written technical test and plans review. The interview will also seek to establish the depth of your technical knowledge. We have evolved this process to identify fire engineers who not only appear qualified but who are genuine experts, or have the potential to become genuine experts with further support and development.
If you feel confident that you are at the top end of your profession* or believe that you have that potential, we would love to hear from you.
*A fire engineering degree would be an advantage – but what we are most interested in is talent. If you are already a successful fire engineer, we will recognise and value your skills, irrespective of formal qualifications, although we would still expect to see evidence of CPD.
